An advertiser agrees to:

  1. Offer at least one wooden nickel discount every day during your contract year.
  2. Honor all offers listed on the Wooden Nickel Discounts website for at least 10 days.
  3. Remove all wooden nickel stickers and signs from your business if you cease to be a member by emailing us at ilene@wooden-nickel-discounts.com
  4. Notify us at ilene@wooden-nickel-discounts.com if you close your business. (There are no pro-rata refunds for dues)
  5. Purchase all Wooden Nickels, whether to sell of give away, from the Wooden-Nickel-Discounts.com website.
  6. To guaranty and verify, upon request, that they are a designated agent of their company before posting any advertisement.
  7. Not to use the Wooden Nickel logo or other marks outside of the scope defined on wooden-nickel-discounts.com.
  8. Will not offer any sexual explicit or profane content or discounts.
  9. If you accept orders on your website, to honor the wooden nickel discount you will need to provide customers with a way to let you know they are requesting the discount. We recommend that you modify your website to allow for a discount code (i.e. WND) and on your ad, advise customers to use WND to get their discount via website purchase).

Other Conditions

  1. Wooden-Nickel-Discounts.com reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time, without refund, for violation of these terms.
  2. Data mining using bots or manually is prohibited.
  3. The user of this website assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of this website. In no event will the operators of this website be liable for any damages.
  4. Any material on This Website may include technical or other inaccuracies or typographical errors and is presented on an "AS-IS" basis.
  5.
